Tuesday 9 April

Beach Pilates/Yoga – BOOKED OUT
Join us for an early morning flex in Broadbeach!
Meet on the beach side of Karruwa Surf Club by the cafe. Yoga mat provided, but perhaps bring a towel in case the turnout exceeds the number of mats!

Gala Dinner – HOTA, Home of the Arts
HOTAThe Gala Dinner is often considered the highlight of the conference, and this year is no exception. HOTA, Home of the Arts is a cultural precinct waiting to be explored. Enjoy drinks on the terrace, surrounded by parklands and a lake with the beautiful Surfers Paradise as the backdrop. You will be treated to a delicious three course menu prepared by HOTA’s award-winning chefs, followed by dancing the night away with friends and colleagues.

Venue: HOTA, Home of the Arts
Time: 7.00pm – 11.00pm
Dress: Smart/Cocktail
Cost: $140 per person

Wednesday 10 April

Hinterland Walk

Tamborine National Park on Tamborine Mountain (also known as Mount Tamborine) is situated in the Gold Coast Hinterland, the green behind the gold, just over 45 minutes from the Gold Coast. Join us on a walk through the rainforest where you will enjoy all the natural beauty the hinterland has to offer. The next stop will be with the cheese factory and brewery, where you can indulge in drinks and nibbles! We can’t think of a better way to spend our afternoon, can you?

– Pick up at the convention centre following the morning session.
– 50 minute drive to Tamborine Mountain
– 1hour rainforest walk
– Cheese factory and brewery for drink & nibbles

Time: Approx 2:00pm – 4:30pm
Dress: Comfortable clothes, walking shoes, and don’t forget a hat!
Cost: $20 per person (to cover transport by van)


Coffee crawl
CoffeeWhy not have your morning coffee where there is a chance to run into some colleagues. Here are the designated hot-coffee hot-spots all in easy walking distance to the convention centre:

Monday = Elk Espresso
Tuesday = No Name Lane
Wednesday = Addiction food and coffee house

Attend at your leisure prior to commencement of the morning session, we’d love to see you there!
