Additional ticket cost for day registrations, partners/guests: $60 per person
Join us for a first look at the exhibition hall and a chance to catch up with colleagues and delegates you haven’t seen since 2019!
Basic Pain Research / Pain in Childhood SIG Dinners at Susie Luck’s, 2 Salamanca Square
Time: From 7.30pm

One of the top new restaurants in Hobart, Suzie Luck’s brings a unique Southeast Asian twist to the best and freshest of Tasmanian produce. Suzie Luck’s is a local family-owned enterprise presenting authentic tastes of Thailand, Vietnam and their close neighbours. Enjoy a shared banquet meal and drinks, with friends and colleagues interested in basic pain research or pain in childhood.
Delegates don’t have to be a member of the SIGs to join, everyone is welcome.

Cost: Delegates will receive a complimentary drink card in their registration pack, no reservation is required.
Just a short stroll from the Hotel Grand Chancellor, Post Street Social is a waterfront bar with food for sharing. The wine list showcases some Tasmanian favourites, and their beers span across the staple lagers to some quirky craft producers. Enjoy a complimentary beer or wine at the end of the first day of conference. Stay on and share a meal with your colleagues or new friends.
There are also limited spots available on Monday evening for a personalised guided tour of Parliament House with Hon. Michael Gaffney, MLC.

Only 20 minutes from Hobart, join us at one of Tasmania’s most unique and beautiful venues – Glen Albyn Estate. Revel in a back drop of water-bound lush Tasmanian bush land while you indulge in 3 courses of delicious local flavours and wines.
With plenty of time for dancing (of course!), the Gala Dinner is always considered a highlight of the conference, don’t miss out!

MONA Excursion
Time: Ferry departs Brooke St Pier: 1.15 pm
Arrive MONA: Approx. 1.45pm
Ferry departs MONA: 5.00pm
Dress: Casual
Cost: Cost covers return ferry transfers and entry to MONA, guests and families welcome.
Adult: $52 per person
4 – 18 years old: $22 per person (Cost for ferry only, entry to MONA is free, registration still required)
0 – 3 years old: Free (Registration still required)
It wouldn’t be a trip to Hobart without a trip to one of the most infamous museums of the world!
From the Brooke St Pier, hop on board MR-I or MR-II, one of MONA’s camouflaged catamarans, visit one of the on-board bars and take a seat on a tiger or a sheep for the 25 minute trip to MONA. Once there you will have about 3 hours to explore the museum before taking the 5.00 pm ferry back to Brooke St Pier.
